Sintayehu Wolka is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in food systems governance, food system transformation and multisectoral nutrition programming, with a strong focus on equity and nutrition centric humanitarian–development–peace triple nexus.
He has a strong record of coordinating multisectoral nutrition initiatives at national and subnational levels, designing innovative health service delivery models, and leading equity-driven reforms that address needs of vulnerable populations.
At GAIN, Sintayehu contributes to the development and implementation of Ethiopia’s National and Subnational Food Systems Dashboard, where he plays a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and strategic communication to advance evidence-based decision-making.
