What inspires you to come to work every day?

My passion and sense of achievement when I accomplish my work and helped the most unreached person in my country.

They will not judge by the type of family commitments they have to grow professionally.

What unique strengths do women bring to leadership roles, and how can organisations leverage these strengths to drive success?

Women are multitasking. They can take charge of multiple tasks at one time and with the vigor to strive for the best, they never compromise on the quality of the work.

Women also have the unique advantage to understand other team players and provide superintendence with the utmost care.
