This interview is a tribute to all women who have worked tirelessly to make their mark in their respective industries and inspire future generations of women to do the same.

One stereotype women in the workplace are tired of hearing.

Women are not capable to lead. Women can't be ambitious.

What inspires you to come to work every day?

For money and for self-actualisation

One quality that every woman must admire about herself.

They are stronger than they think.

What does equity mean to you?

Equity means that we as women get the same opportunity in benefits and career paths like men in the workplace.

What advice would you give to women starting out their careers?

Be confident, don't easily give up, and never be afraid to make mistakes.

Women will achieve true equality when _______

They can get a support system from their employer and family.

Be confident, don't easily give up, and never be afraid to make mistakes.

What unique strengths do women bring to leadership roles, and how can organisations leverage these strengths to drive success?

Their feminine traits will make them better at leading and making decisions. Their organisation can leverage these strengths by giving women more chances in acknowledging the barriers they face as working moms; giving women more opportunities to pursue their career path.
