Eno-Obong Etim holds a Master’s in Development Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s in Genetics and Biotechnology. She is a social and behavioural researcher interested in how social, cultural, and structural factors shape health behaviours, with a strong emphasis on strengthening health systems and advancing equity. At GAIN, she works within the Knowledge Leadership team to develop tools, monitoring frameworks, and knowledge products that support workforce nutrition initiatives and help organisations improve employee health and productivity through better nutrition.
