Scope of Work and Deliverables

GAIN is commissioning a consultant (ideally based in the Philippines) to develop a structured compendium of food systems indicators and facilitate a stakeholder workshop to prioritize nationally relevant indicators for decision-makers. The work focuses on adapting the global Food Systems Countdown Initiative (FSCI) monitoring framework to the Philippine context, supporting the creation of a subnational Philippines Food Systems Dashboard and a national indicator framework to track food systems transformation and inform policy. The consultant will work closely with the DOST-FNRI team, building on an existing review of ~80 nutrition-, diet-, and health-related indicators (with metadata and scoring) to refine, contextualize, and validate priority indicators through stakeholder engagement.
