Prithika is a Behavioral Design Specialist at Busara focused on using her training in industrial design and experience in building digital products to address complex challenges. Her experience ranges from building products for numerous startups and companies like Antler Global, Masterclass, Health IQ; to post-war reconstruction efforts with rural communities in Northern Sri Lanka. At Busara, Prithika leads design engagements from a consumer behavioral lens - from user research to prototyping to testing and launch. She also contributes to thought leadership, effectively facilitating research & design workshops in fields ranging from DISC, HIV prevention & communication, financial inclusion for refugees, civic engagement, farmer insurance uptake and educational design. She graduated with a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design with a concentration in Nature-Culture Sustainability Studies.
