One stereotype women in the workplace are tired of hearing is "Are you able to do this? Could you go to a field visit? How will you manage your home after getting this job?"  

What inspires you to come to work every day?

I feel inspired to come to work because I enjoy my work. I can use my skills and knowledge to contribute to my society, and to my community as well, as I personally and professionally have a social identity. I feel empowered and I have economic freedom and power of decision-making. 

Overall, the motivations like achievements, empowerment, financial security, challenges, and socialisation drive me to come to work every day.

What does equity mean to you?

Equity means making sure everyone gets access to the opportunities with fair and impartial equality. 

What advice would you give to women starting out their career?

Gain knowledge and develop your skills. Enhance networking and professional communication.

What unique strengths do women bring to leadership roles, and how can organisations leverage these strengths to drive success?

Empathy, sympathy, compassion, patience, listening to each others can be the unique strengths that women bring to leadership roles. 

Descent work, capacity building, creating enabling environment. Organisations leverage these strengths to drive success.
