The Economic Times Asian Business Leaders Conclave


With the promise of a new brand of leaders emerging from the rising nations of Asia, the future of the continent looks very exciting. The Economic Times is proud to acknowledge business leaders of Asia, who are going to play an important part in shaping the business demographics of not just Asia, but also the world in the very near future.

The 6th edition aims to have these trailblazers, who have stood out during normal times and have expanded their business empire, can collectively with their superior intellect and economic prudence steer the continent away from economic depression or avoid it from sinking to disastrous levels.

Global conflicts, drastic climate change, economic slowdown among other factors have led to a food crisis of a humongous nature. According to a report of the World Food Programme, as many as 828 million people go to bed hungry every night. The number of those facing acute food insecurity has soared – from 135 million to 345 million – since 2019. A total of 49 million people in 49 countries are teetering on the edge of famine.
