Tithi Sarkar is a development professional working at the intersection of resource mobilisation, strategic partnerships, and programme development across Asia. As Senior Associate in GAIN’s Development Office, she leads funding and partnerships across India, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Bangladesh, taking opportunities from donor intelligence and strategy through proposal development, partnership structuring, and stewardship.
Previously, at Cancer Research UK, Tithi worked in Partnerships Intelligence, combining research, market analysis, due diligence, and donor intelligence to inform partnership strategy. Her work to improve partnership systems earned her the Unsung Hero Award.
Tithi holds an MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Economics from NMIMS. She has also been recognised for her contributions as a student changemaker and volunteer. Outside work, she is a recreational endurance athlete.
