Currently, he leads the explosive growth of Direct Fresh Ltd, a 360° food solution provider in Bangladesh, as Director of Strategy & Business Development. Direct Fresh Ltd is a 7-year-old company, currently generating a yearly revenue of USD14M. Direct Fresh imports/trades/produces food products, operates using its own processing, logistics and distribution channel and delivers/retails the products directly to the retail and Institutional customers.
Previously, Mr Sifat managed components of a USD110M multi-donor funded, market development project called "Swisscontact-Katalyst", devising inclusive strategies for multiple underserved sectors.
