A startup enthusiast and a growth strategist. A resulted oriented, multi-disciplinary professional, with an array of experiences across multiple sectors in the past 9 years. Mr Sifat core strengths are design thinking, strategic planning and forecasting, fund raising, deal structuring, managing operations and most importantly "getting things done".

Currently, he leads the explosive growth of Direct Fresh Ltd, a 360° food solution provider in Bangladesh, as Director of Strategy & Business Development. Direct Fresh Ltd is a 7-year-old company, currently generating a yearly revenue of USD14M. Direct Fresh imports/trades/produces food products, operates using its own processing, logistics and distribution channel and delivers/retails the products directly to the retail and Institutional customers.

Previously, Mr Sifat managed components of a USD110M multi-donor funded, market development project called "Swisscontact-Katalyst", devising inclusive strategies for multiple underserved sectors.
