Tannaza Sadaf is PMP certified, MSc (Hons) agriculture, having an experience of over 20 years in leading and developing projects in a multi-cultural environment in the development sector and agriculture etc. She has a strong experience in rural development and women empowerment. She has worked with various NGOs for the implementation of projects/programs to improve education, health, livelihood and environment across Pakistan. She has been engaged in conceptualising programs/projects, developing strategies, and demonstrating impact on a large scale. She possesses multi sectoral coordination and good management, leadership, planning and strategic skills.
 
Currently she is working as a Portfolio Lead in Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), Pakistan. GAIN is a Swiss based foundation launched in the UN in 2002 to tackle the human suffering caused by malnutrition. She is managing and supervising various projects like SUN Business Network (SBN), which is a private sector led platform of SUN Movement and Green Dairy Project to convert waste (whey water) into a healthy, nutritious and affordable drink for children of vulnerable population. Projects on Large Scale Food Fortification and Biofortification of Crops are also included in her domain. She has been part of several training programmes and exposure visit to countries like USA and Switzerland/Geneva etc
