Feed the Future’s EatSafe: Evidence and Action Towards Safe, Nutritious Food (FTF EatSafe) aimed to boost consumer demand for safe, nutritious foods in traditional markets in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), specifically Nigeria and Ethiopia.
