Fortification Assessment Coverage Toolkit (FACT) survey in two Nigerian States: Ebonyi and Sokoto


The 2017 Nigeria Fortification Assessment Coverage Toolkit (FACT) survey is a cross-sectional survey, comprised of a state-level representative household and market assessments in the two states of Ebonyi and Sokoto. The aim of the survey was to provide data on household coverage and consumption of fortifiable and fortified foods among children (less than five years of age) and women (15-49 years of age) and on availability and quality of fortified foods from markets. The results provide evidence of programme performance, identify programme barriers, and estimate potential for impact.
