Laurence brings a 25+ year experience of strategy and finance leadership roles at global level gained with world’s leaders of the food (Danone, Mondelez, Kellogg’s) and media (Lagardère Sport) industries. Digitally agile, she founded Charitic, the 1st crowdfunding platform in France in 2007 to modernize NGO’s fundraising. As the former CFO of listed companies, she is passionate by blended finance initiatives and ESG topics. 

Today, she is a Non-Executive Board Member at Geneva Sport SA and an interim CEO or Chief Transformation Officer for international businesses caring about their Double Bottom Line and impact. 

She founded the INSEAD Women in Business Club in Switzerland to develop awareness and engagement towards inclusion, diversity and equity. She co-created the INSEAD alumni Business and Society Club in France to advance the agenda of business as a force for good. 

Laurence graduated from Sciences-Po Paris in geopolitics and economics. She holds an INSEAD MBA and a certificate of governance by the Swiss Board School. A French native, she has lived in 5 countries, namely Australia, UK, France, Hong-Kong and Switzerland since 2012.
