Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, GAIN has offices in countries with high levels of malnutrition: Bangladesh, Benin, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda. To support work in those countries, we have representative offices in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Flaminia is a Research Associate within the Knowledge Leadership team at GAIN, with a background in food science, nutrition and global/public health. She is passionate about finding innovative, holistic, evidence-based solutions to the triple burden of malnutrition and other global health challenges. She works on various projects in research, knowledge translation, and management capacity in the areas of healthy, sustainable, and affordable diets, nutrient profiling, micronutrient deficiencies, and behaviour change.
