Elizabeth Imbo is a nutrition specialist with over 14 years of experience implementing food security, nutrition, and livelihoods programmes across Kenya. She has led initiatives advancing the inclusion of women, youth, and social transformation. Elizabeth currently serves as the Country Project Manager for the Nutrition in City Ecosystems (NICE) project, where she drives food systems transformation in western Kenya. Her work focuses on forging strategic linkages with national stakeholders, promoting the consumption of nutritious foods through social behaviour change communication, strengthening nutritionsensitive production and market systems, and collaborating with academia on research, knowledge generation, and dissemination.
