Charles is a Food Systems Specialist and he currently plays an advisory role on all matters policy relating to food and nutrition security in Kenya. He was leading the UN Food Systems plans and Nutrition for Growth activities on behalf of GAIN in Kenya. He is also leading a network of close to 130 SMEs under the umbrella of Scaling Up Nutrition movement – he is the national coordinator for SUN Business Network. He is also the Vice-chair for the Eastern and Southern Africa Scaling Up Nutrition Civil Society Network representing 12 countries.
