Caroline is the Deputy Chief of Party of EatSafe (Evidence and Action Towards Safe, Nutritious Food) at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN). Prior to joining GAIN, She has previously worked as an International Food Safety Policy Manager for FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition.
Caroline holds a bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Vermont and a J.D from Antioch School of Law.
