Julie Wynne is a partner at MLL and the Head of its Sustainable Economy practice. She is a highly regarded impact lawyer with a particular expertise in nonprofit organisations, mission-driven businesses and sustainable finance. She is also specialised in all aspects of private clients, with a focus on art and philanthropy. She has a particular focus on advising philanthropists on the legal aspects of structuring their giving.
She is personally involved in many philanthropic projects and sits in various Boards of international NGOs, such as Movement Health (digital health), Earthworm Foundation (regenerative agriculture and sustainability in supply chains) and the arts in general, being a Board member of various Patrons' Club. She is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights (GCBHR) and an active member of Nexus.
Julie Wynne has been admitted to practice as a lawyer in Switzerland since 2007. She holds a Master of Laws from the Universities of Geneva and Zurich (lic. iur., 2005) and a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva (2005). She speaks and publishes regularly on philanthropy, innovative and efficient charitable giving and mission-driven businesses.
