Joyce is a lawyer and international development professional with a proven track record of excellence across publishing, training, and management. She has successfully led the turnaround of non-profit membership organizations, fostering international trade, economic development, and public policy through strategic advocacy and stakeholder engagement. Her expertise spans governance, organizational development, and international trade facilitation, positioning her as a leader in driving impactful policy change.  
 
Currently serving as the Head of Policy and Advocacy at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), Joyce leads GAIN Nigeria’s broader influencing agenda, ensuring that interventions across nutrition, food security, and economic development are effectively coordinated to achieve overarching project and policy objectives. She plays a critical role in supporting sustainable food systems transformation by advocating for policies that enhance food security, promote climate-resilient agriculture, and improve nutrition outcomes. Through multi-stakeholder engagement, she works with government agencies, development partners, and private sector actors to drive systemic change, ensuring that food systems in Nigeria become more inclusive, sustainable, and nutrition-sensitive.
