The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is commissioning an independent assessment of its approach to Large Scale Food Fortification Programs – mainly the national support, ENABLE platform, global and national advocacy efforts, and the Fortification Assessment Coverage Toolkit (FACT) deployment efforts – in order to:
(1) assess the relevance, internal consistency, and feasibility of GAIN’s theory of change at the global and national levels, and
(2) assess the extent to which its efforts are likely to establish, improve and sustain fortification programs at national level and be effective in increasing global political and financial support for fortification through advocacy initiatives and diverse platforms (e.g. Global Fortification Data Exchange (GFDx), Global Fortification Technical Advisory Group (GF-TAG)).
A detailed description of the scope of work is available in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).
Applicants are invited to submit a proposal by 6 May 2019 to email@example.com.
