USAID Global Health Mini-University

USAID Global Health Mini-University

The Mini-University is an annual, day-long forum that brings together professionals working in and students interested in a variety of Global Health areas. The Mini-U offers a variety of presentations highlighting evidence-based best practices and state-of-the-art information.

The Mini-University hosts a selection of concurrent sessions from technical areas including: HIV/AIDS, family planning and reproductive health, maternal, neonatal, and child health, infectious disease, non-communicable disease, health systems, nutrition, environmental health, and humanitarian relief.

In addition to gaining access to technical knowledge, participants are also able to engage in networking opportunities with a cross-section of Global Health professionals. Attendees of past years have included students, medical professionals, public health experts, NGOs, USG staff, non-profits and others interested in global health.

GAIN‘s Mduduzi N.N. Mbuya will be joining as a speaker
