Jas Bagri
Jas is Indian by birth and British by nationality. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in the UK and has spent his professional career equally between the commercial and non- profit sectors.
In the non-profit sector he has worked for the UN and the Red Cross and at the latter he was an Internal Auditor doing operation reviews on their programs in countries as diverse as North Korea, Iraq and Liberia. On the commercial side he spent 5 years at a private bank working for a HNWI maximizing his investment returns and minimizing his tax!
This is the second time he is working at GAIN, as he originally joined in January 2006, left and returned in January 2009. He holds an MBA from Durham University in the UK and had his own consulting business his most unusual assignment being teaching Finance to Russian rocket scientists!
