Current suppliers

In May and June 2009, the initial supplier selection window certified 13 premix blenders and 13 vitamin and mineral manufacturers, with a number of suppliers excluded who did not meet quality requirements. Another selection window took place in January 2011 with the objective of identifying more vitamin and mineral manufacturers to ensure strong competition on each micronutrient ingredient and within each geography. Today, the GAIN premix facility works with 16 premix blenders and 28 vitamin and mineral manufacturers.
