NEW DELHI OFFICE

Opened in 2006, the GAIN South Asia office is based in New Delhi, India, and is located in the city centre. Employees enjoy the tranquility of the GAIN offices, which are housed in a separate wing of a quiet building in a privileged setting with green lawns. Seven permanent staff are based here, with a number of rotating consultant positions.

All employees have been with the office since its inauguration and were recruited locally from different regions in India, which makes for a dynamic cultural mix. Languages spoken by staff include Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam and Kanada. Such a vibrant, multi-cultural environment adds richness to the organization and provides a good platform from which to learn about different cultures and customs.

The South Asia office is characterized by a lively, congenial, family-like atmosphere, a strong team spirit and ethos of cooperation, all of which is enhanced by the leadership of our Regional Manager. Transparency and knowledge-sharing is optimized through a monthly journal club.
