Global

With a strong recruitment drive across all of our regions the company is seeking to fill a range of positions for staff recruited both internationally and locally.

Regional staff form the foundation of what GAIN does. GAIN is truly a local operator, thus regional staff have real opportunities to take part in important projects at grass roots levels, making a tangible difference in the lives of men, women and children in undernourished communities.

We are looking for capable team players who can demonstrate a broad skill set from project management, grants management and administration experience to technical expertise – for example in the fields of nutrition, advocacy and communication or partnerships with businesses and international organizations.

Employees should be able to represent the organization in meetings and conferences; sometimes they may be called upon to act as a spokesperson for GAIN.

With such diverse and stimulating responsibilities, you are likely to find yourself developing a partnership with a multinational one day and with a small grain miller the next!

You will assist and lead regional teams in building important local and global partnerships across the GAIN network and help propose, develop and implement appropriate solutions for local people, harnessing local resources.

If you are seeking a challenging yet exciting and rewarding work environment, we invite you to browse our current list of open vacancies at GAIN regional offices.
