Enabling Innovation
The GAIN Business Award is open to companies of all types and sizes that show a commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance, responsible business practices and sustainable development. Applications are sought from companies that are engaged in promoting solutions to malnutrition across a wide range of activities in the marketplace, workplace, community and wider environment.
Entry Deadline
- Entries must be submitted by midnight (GMT) on 30 September 2008.
Process
- After the submission of an application, entrants will receive a formal notification to confirm the receipt of their entry.
- Preliminary checks will occur as entries are received – any incomplete entries received in advance of the closing date will be contacted by IBLF and given the opportunity to fulfil requirements prior to the closing date.
- Entries fulfilling eligibility criteria, entry requirements and Award objectives will be submitted for short listing.
- Applicants may be asked for additional information or materials.
- A panel of international distinguished judges will decide on the winner of the GAIN Business Award.
Timeline
- Applicants will be notified whether they have been short listed by 15 October 2008.
- Adjudication Process will take place: 15 October – 31 December 2008.
- The Winner of the GAIN Business Award will be notified in January 2009.
- The Winner will be announced publicly at a special Award Ceremony at the beginning of 2009 (date and location to be defined).
Feedback
- Given the volume of entries, no feedback will be given to entrants.
